Choosing the right van comes down to matching the vehicle to your daily operational demands. Here are the key factors to evaluate:
Our team will guide you through these factors to ensure you get the right vehicle.
Yes. Sole traders, partnerships and limited companies can all access business van leasing, subject to the funder’s credit and affordability criteria. Whether you need a single van or multiple vehicles, we can help find a suitable leasing solution for your business.
We offer lease terms from 24 months (2 years) to 60 months (5 years), with flexible terms to match your budget and operational needs.
Yes. We can arrange business van leasing for everything from a single van to larger fleets. Whether you need one vehicle or are replacing or expanding a fleet, we can help source the right vans and leasing solution for your business.
Business van leasing can offer tax advantages, depending on your business structure, VAT status and how the van is used. VAT-registered businesses may be able to reclaim VAT on lease payments, while lease rentals may also qualify as an allowable business expense, subject to the relevant tax rules.
Tax treatment can vary depending on your individual circumstances, so we recommend speaking to your accountant or tax adviser for specific advice.
Yes. maintenance packages can often be included with a business van lease, covering routine servicing, maintenance and replacement tyres. Adding a maintenance package can make your costs more predictable and help spread the cost of keeping your van maintained throughout the lease.
Yes. Many businesses choose to customise their leased vans with company branding, sign-writing, racking and panel lining. We can help arrange suitable modifications before or after delivery, ensuring they meet the funder’s requirements.
At the end of the lease, the vehicle may need to be returned in an acceptable condition, and you may be responsible for the cost of removing signage, racking or other modifications, or rectifying any damage.
With Contract Hire, the van is normally returned to the funder at the end of the agreement. The vehicle will be inspected for damage in accordance with BVRLA Fair Wear & Tear guidelines, and any damage outside reasonable wear and tear may result in additional charges.
With Finance Lease, there are typically three options: purchase the vehicle, refinance the residual value and continue using it, or sell the vehicle. If sold, any profit after settling the residual value often belongs to the business.
We can explain the options available before you choose your leasing solution.
